Michael Winslow picked up his love for programming when he was 10 years old writing GW-Basic code on his Tandy-1000. With his passion for designing simple solutions to complex problems, Michael has played key roles at companies like Aramark, Ortho-McNeil, Oracle and Xfinity Mobile. He is a seasoned international public speaker who enjoys using his platform to uplift engineers and create powerfully diverse teams in technology. Michael is currently a DevOps advocate, Agile enthusiast, and transformational people-leader at Amazon Music.

David Grizzanti is a Principal Engineer at The New York Times focused on improving developer productivity by enabling engineering teams to more effectively and efficiently build, test, integrate and deploy software. Previously he was a Distinguished Engineer at Comcast, where he oversaw the development of multi-tenant software platforms that support tens of millions of customers across North America. His areas of interests include improving infrastructure automation, open source communities, and engineering leadership.

Audrey Troutt is the CTO of Tomo and is based in Philadelphia, PA. At Tomo, she founded the engineering organization, led the team to build Tomo's technology platform from the ground up, and launched in 2021. Tomo is building the future for how homes are bought -- bringing certainty and joy to the home-buying process. Audrey is an accomplished hands-on technology leader with over fifteen years of experience in engineering leadership and development for both consumer applications and SaaS products. Audrey is passionate about automation, software craftsmanship, and building healthy and efficient engineering cultures.

As an entrepreneur, Agile Coach, and speaker, Stacy Kirk has championed for quality and process innovation for over 20 years. In 2010, Stacy founded QualityWorks Consulting Group, a test architecture consulting firm enabling enterprises to build higher quality software and future-ready teams that can accelerate software delivery. Her company drives measurable value to clients like AT&T, Comcast, Truist, and Rotten Tomatoes.  Her latest interests include defining the quality standards for generative AI code and building disruptive test technology within QualityWatcher, their AI test case management platform.
