Exhibitor booth spaces are located in the Marriott Salon D - E Foyers which includes a 2 - 30" x 4' high-top tables per each exhibitor where you can place your table-top display and exhibitor reception food selection should you decide to have food in your booth(see details below.) Your exhibit property must fit within this confined area and there will not be any walls surrounding your booth. Included with your exhibit space is a roll-up sign which will include your company logo for placement in front of your exhibit. Monitor Rentals

Booth Carpet
The Exhibit Hall, Salon D-E Foyer room is fully carpeted. The color of the carpet is blue. Exhibitors will be liable for any exhibit damage to your assigned exhibit booth space.Booth Set Up/Tear Down
Exhibitors are expected to set up your booth the morning prior to the 8:am keynote during set-up times listed below.
Set-Up Hours – Monday, June 18, 2012
6:30 am – 7:45am Booths must be completely set up no later than 8:am on the Monday, the opening day of the conference.
Tear-down Hours – Wednesday, June 20, 2012
5: pm – 7:pm
Exhibitors who prefer to tear-down earlier can start tear-down at 2:pm, Wednesday afternoon.No tear down can occur during breaks or lunch.
Booth Load In
Exhibitors can bring exhibit materials in through the Marriott front door or through the Marriott loading dock which is open during normal business hours. Your exhibit booth collaterals and giveaways can also be shipped no arrive no sooner than June 13, 2012, shipping label link provided in the Shipping section of this document.
Booth Staffing
Exhibitors are expected to provide booth staff during all Conference hours listed below, including the Sponsor/Exhibitor Reception the first evening, Monday, June 18 from 5:50pm – 6:35pm. QCon Conference rooms are situated next to the Conference sessions in Salons A - E and the meals and breaks will all be held in the Salon adjacent to the Exhibit area to optimize attendee visitors to your booth throughout the Conference.

Signage Not Allowed on Any Hotel Walls or Ceiling
The Hotel does not permit any signage or anything hung on any hotel walls, ceiling or floor. Each exhibitor will be provided with a roll-up banner that will include your company designation therefore there is no need (or space) for any additional signage. Exhibitors will be held responsible for any damage in the booth area or any hotel rentals.
Cleaning
The exhibition area will be vacuumed prior to exhibit opening on Day One, Monday morning and each evening after show close each day.
Electricity and Internet
WIFI and standard power outlets are available at no charge in the Exhibit hall. Please remember to bring any extra power cords or cabling you require. Should you need any additional special requirements contact Carolyn.Majors@marriott.com
Storage
Exhibitor storage room for your storage cases and boxes will be available near the exhibit area. Stickers will be provided for your storage boxes so that you can receive them shortly after the show closes on Wednesday, June 20 at 5:30p.m.

Exhibitors are reminded to promote and bring giveaways or prizes for the Wednesday lunch-time raffle which will help to encourage attendees to visit your booths.

QCon will provide drinks and light snacks for the Exhibitor Party. We strongly recommend that you order hors d’oeuvres for your booth as an effective way to increase traffic to you booth and engage delegates. You can order hors d'oeuvres from the attached list of hors d’oeuvres and we recommend that you purchase one order that will serve 100 for $650. QCon Conference Manager, Sandi Vargas, can assist you with any orders which need to be submitted no later than May 14. Sandi can be reached at info@qconnewyork.com.
Payment for each exhibitor hors d'oeuvre selection is payable to c4Media by May 25, 2012.

Attendee badges will include a QR code containing attendee lead gen information (name, company name, phone number, address and email ) for exhibitor scanning ease. Exhibitors will be able to use their smart phone or iPad to scan the attendee's badge to capture tthe attendee's corresponding information. Exhibitors can use more than one smart device to scan attendee badges as some exhibitors may have alternating staff during the conference. A link to each exhibitor will be sent on Friday, June 20, to download leads that have been scanned in your booth, for easy excel file incorporation. A detaied hand-out will be provided and staff will be on-hand to answer any questions.
Insurance
QCon does not provide any liability insurance on exhibitor property; therefore Exhibitors are advised to secure your company insurance to cover your laptops and material from theft or damage. Although the Exhibit Hall will be locked overnight, Exhibitors are reminded not to leave booths unattended or leave laptops or other valuables in your booth anytime and to be sure to take your laptops and other valuables with your over night as a security measure.
