Presentation: "Performance Management in BigData Applications"

Time: Tuesday 10:50 - 11:50

Location: Roebling/Gleason

Abstract:
Do Applications that use NoSQL still need Performance Management? Is it always the best option to throw more hardware at a MapReduce Job? In both cases Performance Management is still about the Application, but BigData Technologies added a new wrinkle to it. In this session I will explain some of the main application performance problems of BigData Applications and how to solve them.
