Kareem Kouddous is a startup veteran with over 13 years experience and is currently a Founder and CTO at Crowdtap and a co-organizer of the NYC Lean Startup Meetup which he founded. We'll cover how we migrated to a service oriented architecture and Javascript MVC, how we practice continuos deployment and how we use Kanban to organize around autonomous cross-functional teams
