I am a software developer. When I am not consulting with clients I like
to work on open source projects, learn new programming languages and read. I
have been a practicing developer, architect and team lead since the early
80s when I first became interested in programming. I enjoy the challenges of
small and large development projects and am always fascinated with how
things work and how to make things better.

As Continuous Delivery becomes mainstream we are more learning about the benefits of early and often feedback mechanisms to maintain high quality systems. These feedback mechanisms include both internal and external quality measures.
During this session we will explore how internal measurements can be used to evolve a systems design.
