Look Ma, No Connections! Building offline-capable web apps with HTML5
Location:
Grand Ballroom - Salon F
Abstract:
Building web applications with offline HTML5 storage is more than just for users with poor connectivity. Client-side caching yields significant performance gains and is easy to implement.
This session will walk through an example of an offline-capable HTML5 app and discuss the strategies, tools, and techniques required to increase the performance of your app and make use of new HTML5 capabilities.
